Returns and exchanges

Returns will be accepted if the product arrives at our warehouse unopened and in its original condition. Please note that products marked as "without packaging or tester" cannot be returned. You have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days without giving any reason. The deadline is 30 days from the date of delivery by Swiss Post. The return costs shall be borne 100% by the buyer. Only the actual value of the returned products will be refunded; additional surcharges such as minimum quantity surcharges or gift wrapping will not be refunded. In addition, a flat-rate return fee of CHF 9.90 will be charged to cover the postage costs for delivery.

Please note that products that are returned despite clear guidelines for returns and exchanges will not be refunded. In this case, a fee of CHF 9.90 will be charged to cover the additional postage costs for re-delivery. Re-delivery will only take place after payment of the fee.

The original condition means that the packaging, including the plastic film or the quality seal, has not been opened or removed. Products marked as "without packaging or tester" are generally excluded from exchange and will not be taken back or refunded.

We would like to emphasize that as a retailer we have no control over the composition or ingredients of the products as manufacturers regularly tweak or change their formulas. We understand that this can be frustrating for consumers, but we are not notified of changes. Changes in bottle design or packaging can also occur without notice.

We would like to make it clear that opened products cannot be returned once the plastic wrap or seal of approval has been removed. Even if the fragrance is perceived differently, these products cannot be returned. As a retailer, we cannot accept responsibility for changes in product quality. We only sell 100% original products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your withdrawal in writing by e-mail to sale@parfumonline.ch or by post to parfumonline.ch by ChiChi Living & Fashion GmbH, Zielebachweg 1, 3428 Wiler b. Utzenstorf. Returns must also be sent to this address. Thank you for your understanding.
